Do you have difficult contaminants in your water like arsenic, nitrates, Hexavalent Chromium, then a Reverse Osmosis water filter system is what your looking for to resolve your worries. Difficult inorganic contaminants that are toxic and dangerous to consume require the additional protection gained from a reverse osmosis membrane. The Watts 525 Reverse Osmosis is a premium RO system that has been tested and certified by NSF International against NFS / ANSI Standard 58 for the reduction of Arsenic, Barium, Cadmium, Copper, Cyst, Fluoride, Hexavalent Chromium, Lead, Radium 226/228, Selenium, TDS, Trivalent Chromium, Turbity.
This water filter systems offers:
Great flow: 50 Gallons per day membrane (made in USA)
Safe: lead free Designer chrome faucet
Trust worthy: one year limited warranty
Dependable: conforms to NSF/ ANSI Std. 58
Reverse Osmosis is a highly technical water filtration system that requires annual servicing and water testing. This type of water filter system is best operated with 60 psi. in order to achieve the rejection of certain contaminants. If you are operating with less than 60 psi of water pressure, then the use of a booster pump may be required to produce a low concentration of contaminants.
As with any water filter systems that are trade-offs between systems. The reverse osmosis systems use water to filter water and therefore a great portion of the water consumed by the reverse osmosis system ends up as waste water. For this reason we only recommend a Reverse Osmosis water filter systems for specific contaminants that cannot be removed by filter cartridges.
Dear Filters For Tap, I recently purchased an under the sink single cylinder water filter system complete with the faucet from you. The Doulton unit was a cinch to install only taking approx. 30 min. The taste and quality of the filtered water was simply amazing! I feel very confident now giving this water to my family and guests. Most of all I am loving the savings from not having to buy bottled water from the store. Thank You Filters For Tap!

What a joy to have a built-in, under-sink, Doulton ceramic water filter from Filters for Tap! After years with other brand faucet-mounted units, I didn't know what I was missing. No more waiting forever just to fill a tea pot! I'll never go back to a faucet-mounted unit again! Thanks, Ed!

The water from this system (under sink, double housing) is great, I'm not sure how to describe it, but I'll say it has an amazingly "clean" taste. The only comparison I have is a pitcher system, and unfortunately plenty bottles of water. Now after becoming accustom to our system I can taste the "non clean" taste of most bottles of water and the pitcher systems.

I can now use both the sink faucet and the filtered water faucet at the same time. No more worrying about accidentally running hot water through the faucet-mounted unit. And, our city water crews are constantly repairing water lines causing temporary cloudiness that clogs the faucet-mounted units. The Doulton ceramic unit is cleanable! Hooray!! And, we are realizing cost savings because the life of these filters is significantly longer than the faucet-mounted ones.

I have been looking for a water filtration system that I can trust for years. Part of it is the immense amount of information that is out there and who/what to trust. I would also be overwhelmed the thought of installation and maintenance of it. I knew Ed as an impeccable, trustworthy person and when I found out he had developed this new company, I was thrilled and relieved. I called Ed, and within a week, I had my water filtration system that works beautifully for my office. We see about 200-300 clients per week and I feel good about the water that goes our clients' cups! THANK YOU Ed for doing what you do, so that I can do what I do!
